  Worst online shopping I've ever had. While the transactions came out smoothly and I was happy that my order maybe coming a week, that happiness was flipped upside down when I realised that almost a month has passed since I placed my order. My order hasn't even been shipped yet and whenever I ask them where it is, they come up with new excuses. Eventually, they just stopped responding to my emails entirely. What a waste of time. Whatever you do, don't buy anything from these disorganized people. If you already did, god bless your soul and I hope you know how to file a chargeback or use Buyers protection.

  Made a purchase from this company, got an automated confirmation on e-mail instantly. After two days no info on shipment(bought Purolator option) . Called them, got an answer that there is a small delay due to high volume, but "will definitely get it in the next two days". Next day, still no word on shipment, called again, friendly customer rep replied, that there is still a delay due to extreme busyness. I have agreed to wait two more days, but after reading another people stories, decided to proceed with a refund. Wrote an e-mail in the morning, for half a day - no answer. Lesson learnt, opened dispute on PayPal...
